Every Day a New step taken towards Self Development

I believe that every day is important  and one must make good use of it. Every day we must take steps , however small they are, for our personal development.

Personal development can be done on many fronts, we should gain knowledge by reading, learn a new skill,  become more fit by exercising and become more spiritual.

We should pursue development on all fronts to refine ourselves. But it is really sad that it does not happen. We go about doing our jobs, taking additional and unwanted responsibilities, watching television in our free times and then going to sleep. The same cycle repeats itself again and aagain.

There is a saying that goes by "You can make your life as interesting as you want it to be and you can make it as boring as you want it to be"

The choice lies in the hands of we the people. We are the masters of our lives and commanders of its destiny and it is left up to us how we want to live our lives.

We must learn to focus on our self development.

After His Marriage Everything Will Get Alright

EK baar uski Shaadi hone do, sub kuch thik ho jayega- Some filthy garbage Bollywood Dialogue heard over and over again and my answer is Ganta Thik Ho Jayega.

Often one comes across parents in India who have a Dysfunctional Son, but they proudly say “Once we get him married, everything will get alright”

Lets us explore this subject and describe the useless good for nothing son who is the perfect example of an Average Indian Male.

The Common Statements coming for the So Called Rich and Powerful Egotists

Every other day one comes across the rich, powerful and well connected people, not to mention snobbish!!!!!

Some common overheard statements coming out from their filthy mouths are as follows:

“DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM” , the most common statement, frequently used in Bollywood Movies. Well we certainly don’t know who you are unless you were a Bollywood Star, Cricket Player or hmmmmm well a Porn Star (considering the fact that the number of people in India who watch porn movies and are obsessed with it and our god like treatment to porn stars). Such type of people are a nuisance anywhere, anyplace and anytime. People who are connected to some business or political person or some bootlicker who rose the ranks by licking his masters boots. Humility is a word that does not figure out in their vocabulary.

Bhaveen Sheth Everyday I focus on my Dreams

Unlike Mediocre People of the Indian Society in Particular and India in general , i wake up with a different feelling everyday.

Mediocre People only wake up to let  another day go by to drag years in their lives, I , Bhaveen Sheth believe that everyday there is something new and challenging to do, every day  I will learn a new concept or acquire a new skill that will contribute to my professional and personal growth and development.

I try hard and focus on my dreams , my dream for an executive education, my dream to enter a Corporate Hospital HR and Training and Development Function where I get to work with professional people.

I focus on my dream to achieve a swimmers body, i focus to participate in Marathons and take my fitness to the highest levels

I focus and focus everyday and one day I hope that I am able to achieve my dreams.

This is Bhaveen Sheth signing off for the day, will be back with some more.

Go find a motive in Life

GO AN FIND A MOTIVE IN YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is something that I would like to tell people, go find a passion that you are interested in, this will make your life worthwhile............................................

How many of you are living your life which is nothing but worthless???  How many of you have just got bored in life??????? Why my dear what happened??????

Maybe you started out in life with a lot of enthusiasm and now you have lost it. Somewhere down the line you just took up responsibilities you could not fulfill, may be took a huge bite and now you find it difficult to swallow.

My suggestion is please release yourself and  find something that you find most fulfilling, go out there and enjoy life. Don't take  regrets to your grave yard and live a life of remorse.

Bhaveen Sheth-A Promise to stay Physically Fit

Crossing 30, I have realized that now it is time to take up a fitness regimen seriously, one of the primary reasons to do this is to age gracefully.

Single that I am and single I intend to to be for my life, i will have to take care of my health all by myself. I have seen people bowing down to the pressures of responsibilities put upon by the Society. By 35 they look worn out.

For men it is a rounded pot belly and for woman it is a huge lump of fat that gets accumulated in their pelvic regions.

Being an Orphan post 30

Crossing 30 I still have the status of being an Orphan.................................... being unattached, destitute , Homeless, i ask myself where my life is heading to on the personal front.

No one , no one puts his/her hand on me to give the feeling of being a Human being, no one wants to associate with me on a long term basis. Festivals that come up and make no importance to me, i have no one to call and no one is there to call me.

I am going to stay as I am, the Indian society will never do any favour on me by removing the tag of being an Orphan on my head, but i intend to change the situation for myself.

I don't want to be dependent on someone when i grow old and for that I intend to make myself fit so that i can age gracefully and i don't intend to be homeless, i shall work for to get a decent home for myself so that i always have a home to back to.

And this will be an achievement for me an orphan........................................................................................

Learning and Development has become an obsolete word among Today's Professionals

As I work with the function of Human Resources, Training and Development, i come across a major challenge of putting working professionals through a program of learning new skills and seeking further knowledge for career growth.

The real problem in that very few people are interested in learning something new and advancing ahead. This is seen across a  spectrum of organizations all over India. People think that what they learned during their education is more than enough and will not take any extra step in career advancement. Unless and until training is forced along with disciplinary action, people are not interested in taking any training.

This problem is rooted to the narrow minded thinking that we people collectively have. Going the extra mile is not something that we want to do. People claim that they have learned enough in their schools and colleges, but one assessment of their skill level and you will know that they are mediocre or even below that.
