The Single Indian man aka Indian MGTOW turns 40: Bhaveen Sheth-Indian MGTOW

Today I have turned 40. Completed another decade and stepped into my 40s. I am happily single and marked myself safe from marriage. Over all these years I have had different experiences and have encountered many people. These experiences have shaped me as a person. Based on this I would like to write a few points below:

1. Relationships are trasnsactional. Barring a few people I have realized that most relationships are about give and take. People will associate with you when they need something, you will be called if someone wants help. Otherwise people don't want form a deep connect. I am okay with that and as part of growing up I have accepted this.

2. Marriage may not happen in my case and I am accepted this as a part of my life. For a person with  no  family makes me the most unqualified candidate for the Institution of marriage. Over the years I have the observed how degenerated this institution has become where in the matters have been taken to the police station and session courts. I have seen western debaunchery and degenerecy entering this institution and have gained enough wisdom to realize that marriage is no longer a holy institution in India.

3. I find solace in reading and watching good movies and web series on different OTT platforms. I guess this activities keep me enegaged and help me address that lonelienss that comes with living a single life.

4.I have started my fitness journey once again. The COVID pandemic and subsequent lockdows disturbed my schedule and now it is time to get back to my fitness routine.I have promised myself and that no matter what, I will not become like one of those 40 and 50 plus uncles that you meet in India who is unfit and out of shape.

5. I will resume my travel exploring different places and meeting new people. I have decided to dine out at food joints and restaurants on near by cities that have been recommended by youtubers.

6. With the wisdom gained over years of experience, I tend to avoid toxic and negative people. They zap your energy and emotionally drain you. I keep them 500 mtrs away from me.

7. I am now open to compansinship i.e means spending some time with a female if she comes across as a sane and rational woman. Though I follow the MGTOW lifestyle there is nothing wrong in seeking companionship of a woman. As a single man , I have the freedom to persue relationships and seek compansionship from women of my age bracket. In the journey of life there have to be some good memries, something that you will look back on and smile.

I celebreated by birthday all by myself at a cafe and here I say cheers of life, liberty and freedom:

Indian men's lives matter-Bhaveen Sheth-DOTSIM-Indian MGTOW

Taking inspiration from the Black Lives Matter movement from the USA, I write on why Indian men's lives matter. Truth be stated that the lives of Indian men are dirt cheap, cheaper than the life of a street mongrel.

No one cares what happens to men especially Indian men. The Gynocentric media is more concerned with the issues of women. And yet I as the writer of this blog would like to state that the lives of Indian men do matter.

Our  child hood does matter. A topic that is hardly discussed, but we all know the pressures put upon today's young boys. The pressure of achieving good grades, performance in  extra curricular activities, validation from the group, expectations of parents and that coveted status of being hooked and having a girlfriend. The burden to prove something is huge and still I say that the lives of these young boys matter.

We all know in the year 2020, a bright young teenager was pushed to commit suicide based on a fake social media post by a leftist feminazi woman accusing and shaming the young boy of molesting her which was a figment of her imagination. All  she wanted was some sympathy and social media likes,  this claimed the life of a young boy. The matter is in court and subjudice. But what about the parents who lost their only son.

The lives of young men who are in their prime does matter. Hundreds and thousands of Indian men have become burdened by expectations: Job, Salary,  designation, corporate culture, moving away from homes, owning a vehicle , property , fitting into a group, peer group pressure. Adding to this is the pressure of getting married and starting a new life and meeting the expectations of the partner.

In the later years of life more stress and pressure adds up. It is part of life and one cannot change it. But then all men have to right of a life filled with dignity and respect. Unfortunately many men do not get this. They are badly treated by their girlfriends and wives , sometimes even their own parents behave badly with them.

Men suffer silently, they don't cry in public or share their grievances with anyone. Over the years they become stoical and accept emotional abuse and suffering as a part of their lives.

As a veteran MGTOW , I empathize with my fellow Indian men and would like to state that your life  does matter. Remember you have your own importance in this world and never allow anyone to treat you badly. Protect your self esteem and dignity. Understand the importance of your own life. Your life matters.

I don't regret my decision of remaining single and following the MGTOW Lifestyle: Bhaveen Sheth-Indian MGTOW

At 38, I have no regrets of being single and taking up the MGTOW lifestyle. Yes!! You have heard me right! A decade ago, I must have been feeling insecure and wanting to get married but 10 years on I am extremely happy that I took the decision of being single.

At 30, I was pretty much sure that I wanted to remain single and not get married. In between though, I had some hope/feeling that maybe, just maybe, someone would come across in my life and I would get married, but that never happened.

In 2015 at the age of 33 I got introduced to the MGTOW movement (Men Going Their Own way). This movement finally arrived in India and started having followers. In 2016, there was a marked transformation in the way Indian people would use internet data, thanks to the Jio revolution. Mobile Internet became accessible to the common Indian man and the awareness of MGTOW lifestyle spread. Information and advice eventually spread. I too gained a good insight on the benefits of following the MGTOW lifestyle.

Daily I browse social media and news websites only to find out that another common Indian man committed suicide due to harassment by spouse and in-laws, another Indian man and his family has been falsely accused of false cases related to dowry and domestic violence, another innocent Indian man was killed by his own wife and lover. So much for the so called holy and pious institution of marriage.

At present marriage in India is nothing but a materialistic alliance based of greed and benefits. The man has to play the role of a provider and care taker. I have often asked myself " What is in it for me?" What benefits am I going to get if I were to get married?  I am not able to find an answer.

The reality is that married men have a difficult time. The initial years of marriage may be good but later years are not easy. I have nothing against married men, they made a choice and I am have made mine.

At 38, I have mental peace, a prized possession that many Indian men are deprived of. No more taunts and criticism at home. A stillness and tranquility in  my small flat that I currently stay in. No useless and unwanted social functions to attend to. No requirement to living up to the expectations of the Indian society. Live the way you want.

Companionship, soulmate and life partner is just a myth and highly overrated. I don't feel lonely as I have many things to do and keep myself engaged. Life is a journey and one must go on. MGTOW lifestyle is the ultimate path of liberation and freedom for Indian men if they want it.

I choose not to be a slave of a system/institution that ill treats men, disrespects them and robs them of their entire wealth in family courts. Lakhs of Indian men have faced it and are currently facing it. Why take the risk?

With radical feminism and feminazism in our society, MGTOW is the lifestyle sane Indian men can adopt and follow.

As single Indian men and MGTOW's we don't owe the world an explanation: Bhaveen Sheth-Indian MGTOW-DOTSIM

I am now a veteran MGTOW, having decided to live a content single life, I would like tell the readers of this post especially those who are single Indian men and have started living the MGTOW life that we don't owe the world an explanation.

Being single will always be questioned and if one were to take a conscious decision to remain single, it will certainly leave people astonished. We all have our reasons to be single and follow the MGTOW lifestyle. We have become aware of the gynocentric Indian society and the anti-men laws existing within the judicial system. We know the rise of the feminazi culture. We also know that marriages have increasingly become materialistic with 100 % emotional and financial investment and 0 % return.

Even if were to justify our single status based on facts, figures and analogies, no one will be willing to agree with the same. Our fellow Indians are a delusional lot, they live in fantasies and they have still not accepted the reality. Marriage , family, wife and children  are important for a majority.

The majority fail to understand us often labeling us as odd or weird. We should not justify our position. And why should be? For what? Most important to whom? I have noting against married people, however I feel that many of them are hypocrites who just show a happy marriage on social media or during social functions, many of them boast how happy they are with their marriages. We as MGTOW's know the reality. Marriage can turn a normal man into the best liar wherein he will put up a fake show on how happy he is with his marriage when the reality is opposite. We know how a married man is forced to taken up unwanted and unnecessary social and financial responsibilities.

Do I need to say more. The married folks will never be able to understand us. They don't know what freedom feels like, being away from the shackles of marriage and society, to live a peaceful life, to pursue your hobbies, to travel, to explore and most important, to enjoy your own company.

Summing up my post, the world does not understand us and we do not owe them an explanation.

Expressing thoughts and feelings through movies

In a short post the single Indian man would like to write his thoughts and feelings on the lives of Indian men, misandry , Gynocentrism and MGTOW PHILOSOPHY.

Movies are great example showcasing the realities of our society. We get so see everything, right from traditional patriarchy to the rise of the rabid radical third wave feminism. One gets to see how our society has fallen down to low levels. Write ups showcasing movies (both Hollywood and Bollywood) will give a chance to my readers in understanding the underlying themes and taking wisdom from the same.

I hope you will love my upcoming writers.

Writeup of Mr.Amit Deshpande-Men's rights activist in the website logical Indian

Dear Friends,

I would like to share the writeup by the prominent men's rights activist Mr.Amit Deshpande on the website-The Logical Indian in the link below:

He shares his bitter experience of marriage, how it became sour, faced a domestic violence case from his wife demanding a very high alimony. Mr.Amit Deshpade carried out a strong legal fight and ultimately got justice.

I have seen him on and off speaking on activism for the Indian men on social media and at Tedx talks. Never knew that he too had a difficult past. The single Indian man respects his struggle and pays him a tribute on his relentless campaign for men's right.

His story is also an eye opener for many single men like us who are trying to find brides through online matrimonial forums. Beware!!! Things are really not what they seem. Do a thorough check on all women before you settle down.

I AM SINGLE NOT A LOSER

This blog spot is dedicated to many single Indian men who have chosen to remain single either out of choice or destiny and to the divorced and separated men who have chosen never to marry again. This write up is for strengthening our resolve and give a befitting reply to the society that treats us like failures and losers.

In India, marriage defines an individual, both men and women. By a certain age one has to get married and if that does not happen , one has to be ready to face the criticism from the society.

At 34 (and just some months before I turn 35), I am called a loser :a man who failed to find a suitable match, a man who is still not married, not settled and does not have children.

It is very easy to brand a 30 or 40 year plus single Indian man a loser. People have even given me other names for remaining single, I am called commitment phobic, irresponsible, immature, negative and pessimistic. I am sure many single Indian men who are currently reading this post would have also faced similar situations.

Seriously!! Please tell me one thing: What makes me and men of my kind losers? I am sure you have no answer. Presently I am single and happy living a solo life. I have still not come across someone with whom I can make a connection. But I am not breaking any law, am I ?

Unlike frustrated single Indian men, I am content with myself, I enjoy my own company, take myself out to dinners and movies regularly. I pursue my hobbies and passions rigorously. Does that make me a loser?

And does marriage hold any importance in today's society these days? Are people happily married the way they claim in social media? I seriously have my doubts.

When did that one institution make someone a winner/loser. Just because I don't have a woman by my side does not make me a dork.

Individualism in India has never been respected. Anyone who is happily living a single life is considered selfish. But the society does not rest at that. It goes further in branding single Indian men as failures. This term has been concocted by the Indian feminists and feminazis who don't want any single Indian man to feel adequate. Amazingly ,a single Indian woman in glorified. She is labelled as a strong, educated, modern, liberated 21st century woman. It looks like the Indian feminists are insecure about many Indian Men Going Their Own Way (MGTOW). They are scared that a day will come when Indian men will not consider these modern urban single women for marriage.

So what do the feminists do? They make a term called LOSER and use their good offices in the media to spread the message that all single Indian men are losers.

The fact is that the so called real loser Indian men get married by hook or by crook. Their parents do their best to get a suitable matrimonial alliance for them. Intelligent mature Indian men take a rational decision of remaining single after a lot of thought. These are the facts.

I end this blog with a quote:

A moment of introspection for single Indian men-DOTSIM-Bhaveen Sheth

A few days ago, I finished reading the book titled "From Home to house", writings of the Kashmiri Pandits in Exile.I take this inspiration after reading one of the chapters written by Mr.K. N. Pandita who writes on moments of introspection.

Indian men living single for many reasons will have their own moments of introspection. Yes we are single, living in a country and a society where the majority is married. We are single because something did not go right. We may be orphans, we may have left our dysfunctional families for good, we got left out on the marriage front, women did not see us as suitable life partners., we got separated, we got divorced. There are infinite reasons for us living a single life. We don't owe an explanation to the society.

Marriage is out of the question for us.For the first time in so many decades since India's independence Indian men have finally breathed freedom:freedom form the unwanted responsibilities of the Indian society, freedom from the shackles and bondage of a dysfunctional family and freedom from toxic marriages.Remember those times when you were keen to get married? Remember those days when you met potential brides? Remember those moments when you were humiliated and ridiculed just because you did not meet up to certain expectations? Remember those days when your parents were informed that you were rejected by a potential girl just because you did not meet up to her standards? Do you remember those feelings of despair, hopelessness, despondency and formlessness? How did it feel like getting rejected each and every time?

You and your parents went from pillar to post in order to find a suitable match but nothing happened. In my case (I am am an orphan) and for those who left their dysfunctional families for good, seeking a matrimonial alliance was even more difficult. No one wanted to associate with someone who did not have any people family background.Years have gone by and now we are in our 30s and 40s. But still, even today we brood over being a leftover single, we are sad for not having a family.

It will take some time for some of us to come out of this syndrome of being a leftover single man.We will have to look at new avenues in terms of our vocation, career , entertainment and a creative life away from the norms of the Indian society.

During the first phases of our single life, we will face a lot of difficulties. Living alone has never been easy. This phase will test us. We will be vulnerable during this period. One should remain positive and never give in to any kind of addiction or vice.Madly looking out for love and expecting a woman to be our emotional pillar will lead to grave disappointments. We will have to sit down and think on how we can chart out our future course of life.

Grit and determination will pave our way forward. Gradually a realization will dawn upon us on the need to start making the best use of our lives. In order to be truly alone, we must move out of our own homes or comfort zones. We will have to live separately, away from our parents. We will have to make ourselves immune from the criticisms and taunts of the Indian society.

During this phase we will have to work on our careers and become better professionals, pursue activities of continuous professional development, get advanced certifications, work in different places where the job is challenging. We will have to make a place for ourselves, both vertically and horizontally. We will have to rise to the top echelons within the organization. In the coming two to three decades we should be financially sound living in a house in our own name.

Not being married does not become an end of life. Our motivation to live a better life should take us to places. No land is foreign to us and no territory is forbidden to us.We should think about immigrating to foreign countries or even do minor job stints in Gulf rich kingdoms, it will add magnanimously to our bank balance.

It is futile to live with this dream or hope of getting married. It is futile to expect the Indian society to understand us.We are important to no one, a non-entity, unwanted disposable beings. For the Indian society we are a liability, a stinky lot.We are objects of ridicule and taunts. The society considers us to be losers as we could not get married, keep a woman or father a child. Being branded as a pariah , the society has shut its gates to us forever.

The Indian media considers it a taboo to speak on the plight of single Indian men.The feminists and their feminazi cousins harbour rabid fanaticism of hatred towards us. We are labelled as potential paedophiles, rapists and certified sex offenders. We have been branded as sex maniacs and perverts.

We ask for equal treatment, we ask for respect and dignity. We ask for a place in the Indian society, we ask for a representation as a minority. But no one is there to understand our situation.

We cannot move forward if we keep thinking that we are victims. We cannot move forward if we keep thinking ourselves to be bare branches or leftover men ( a slang used for unmarried men in China). How can we remain happy if we are so hard on ourselves. We need to move ahead. I understand that things did not go well with us and that's why we are still single. One cannot brood over his past. However we must learn to take care of ourselves, we should groom well, wear good clothes, exercise, live a healthy lifestyle and take up creative activities. We should travel alone across the length and breadth of this country. It is during these journeys that we will explore ourselves and return back fully charged. We also need to learn important life skills. This will make us confident and self reliant paving our path towards a happy single life. Why do we need a woman to come in our lives so that she can cook and feed us?

My dear single Indian men, we are not the only ones who have seen sadness, grief or suffering. Human history is replete with all this. Ours is not an exceptional case. Remember, solo living and displacement is a great boon, blessing and virtue, if we can utilise it properly. Many great single men have made remarkable achievements by remaining single. Do I need to explain the life of Dr.Abdul Kalam or Mr.Ratan Tata. We will have to unleash the potential that has been dormant within us for a long time and create our own new world with a new vision.Only the weak and feeble will cry over their miserable condition. We, the single Indian men are strong and we must rise to this occasion and challenge.

Go ahead and live that meaningful life. Live a life that we become an object of an envy for each and every married person Live your life in such a manner that all people will stand up and say that you are the one who is truly living his life.

Bhaveen Sheth-DOTSIM- A marriage that came to an end before the honeymoon period got over

During my visit to Goa, 2 months ago, I went to an Udupi restaurant daily to have breakfast daily. One day while having my breakfast , I observed a couple sitting two tables adjacent to me. Going by their looks, they were in their late 20's or early 30's and had been recently got married because the wife was wearing choora on her forearms and the vermilion on her forehead was clearly marked. But something was odd about that couple. While the man looked okay, the woman was uptight and in a foul mood, there was no smile on her face.. She didn't seem to be happy Now that was really odd about a newly married couple. What had gone wrong? Did the marriage break her expectations? Was it a forced arranged marriage? Was it a loveless marriage that was done just to keep other people happy? I could not understand. But going by experience, I clearly know that this marriage will not last for long. It will either lead to a bitter divorce or lead to the couple living a loveless marriage that has hit a dead end. Both ways it is a failure.

At times I wonder, I wonder why people get into such loveless marriages. It is better to remain single and be happy that to get married to someone you don't love.

The couple was gone by the time I finishes my breakfast but they left me thinking for long.

This is Bhaveen Sheth signing off for the day and will be back with a lot more.

Bhaveen Sheth- DOTSIM- Director Kanu Behl speaks on his dysfunctional family

Bhaveen Sheth - the writer of this blog puts down the true revelations of Indian film director Mr.Kanu Behl. He has directed a movie TITLI that was released in October 2015. In a website he stated that he drew inspiration to direct this  movie based on his own experiences of growing up in a dysfunctional family.

Mentioned below is his statement:

I grew up in a typically patriarchal North Indian family, fighting the dominant presence of my father and the apparent tyranny of him forcing everything down my throat. I rebelled and tried to get out. Run away whenever possible… sometimes even getting close.
The disappointments of aborted attempts aside, each time the desire got stronger. Until eventually, I managed to get to film school, where I decided to construct my own world from scratch. Deleting everything that I hated about my family and their way of life. I made my own rules. Swore to live by them. And setup the utopia. Intent on making things happen my way. The perfect way! However, slowly realization set in that the obsession to get rid of oppression had become so that I had almost imbibed it within myself completely. I was slowly, almost invisibly, becoming what I had hated. In totally different, yet scarily similar ways, I had started behaving like an oppressor towards people who were close to me in my life.
That is what Titli is about. That family is who you are. That roots cannot be dug out. That freedom is not escape. And what the protagonist does when he sets face with this realization. Because I would like to believe that there is a way back, however treacherous, towards home and true ʻfreedomʼ.
Titli is an award winning movie. A movie that anyone who has grown up in a dysfunctional family must watch.
